At Fattoria del Cerretino, in Calzolaro di Umbertide, guests can taste the excellent extra virgin olive oil and wines produced on the farm. They are paired with other typical foods of the territory, rich “snacks” chosen based on local culinary knowledge to enhance the palatability of the wines and olive oil presented.
During the tasting, guests can also chose to pair the produce of our farm with those of neighboring farms (e.g. homemade fruit jams, organic honey, other types of wines, or quality truffles).

Menu - Italian Wine Tasting with 4 types of wine: “Prosecco” white sparkling wine; “Bianco IGT Colli Altotiberini” white still wine with Regional Geographical Indication of the Upper Tiber Valley, as per Italian classification of wines; “Rosso Colli Altotiberini” red wine of the Upper Tiber Valley; and “Vin Santo” viscous sweet dessert wine - “Bruschetta” toasted bread seasoned with Extra Virgin Olive Oil (with Protected Designation of Origin) - Various starters: Umbrian cold cuts and local cheeses from the Upper Tiber Valley Opening hours: 1 pm Guests are requested to book the tasting at least 2 days in advance Minimum number of participants: 6 Maximum number of participants: 40
